JIM'S GREEN SAUCE 
3 doz. tomatillos
10 Serrano peppers
Juice of 2 limes
4 pods garlic
1 c. cilantro, diced
3/4 tbsp. celery salt
3/4 tbsp. salt

Boil tomatillos and Serrano peppers until tender; drain. Add lime juice, garlic, cilantro, celery salt and salt. Put all ingredients into blender and blend. Store covered in refrigerator.
