SEAFOOD CASSEROLE (MICROWAVE) 
2 c. frozen cut broccoli
2 c. noodles, cooked and drained
1 (10 oz.) can cream of shrimp soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, crab or salmon
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
