1 lb. ground chuck 1 chopped onion 1 can black beans, drained 1 can ranch beans, undrained 1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Original Ranch Dressing 1 can Rotel tomatoes 3 cans water 1 can Shoepeg corn Brown meat and onion. Drain and rinse. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve in bowls with crushed tortilla chips and cheese. (Freezes well.) Serves 4. |
