1 lb. ground chuck
1 chopped onion
1 can black beans, drained
1 can ranch beans, undrained
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® Original Ranch Dressing
1 can Rotel tomatoes
3 cans water
1 can Shoepeg corn

Brown meat and onion. Drain and rinse. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 30 minutes.

Serve in bowls with crushed tortilla chips and cheese. (Freezes well.)
