LEMON BARS 
1 egg
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 pkg. lemon cake mix

Mix egg, butter and cake mix (dry) to crumbly. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in ungreased pan (13 x 9 inches). Bake 12-15 minutes in 350 degree oven.

2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. lemon peel, grated
1/4 c. lemon juice

Beat above ingredients. Pour over hot crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake about 15 minutes or until lightly brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cool - cut into bars, 2 x 1 1/2 inches. 32 bars.
