SHEPHERD'S PIE 
2 c. meat (poultry, beef, lamb)
2 c. gravy
1 can or vegetables or 1 pkg. frozen vegetables (peas, corn, etc.)
Instant mashed potatoes for 8 people or 4 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onion

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare the mashed potatoes, and stir in the parsley flakes. In a 3 quart casserole dish, stir together the remaining ingredients. Spread the potatoes over the top of the mixture. Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes.

NOTE: To help you get rid of those Thanksgiving leftovers, add any remaining stuffing to the mixture before topping with the mashed potatoes.
