LIME JELLO 
2 lg. pkg. lime Jello
6 c. water
16 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. crushed pineapple

Pour 3 c. boiling water into Jello. Add 3 cups cold water. Cut cream cheese in squares. Whip cream cheese and Jello mixture in blender (about 10 seconds). Fold in pineapple. Put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Can be cut in squares. Serves 12 to 18. Variations: Strawberry Jello with frozen strawberries; orange Jello with oranges; small can pineapple and small can mandarin oranges. "Favorite with Kids."
