BRAISED CHICKEN WINGS 
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. sherry or wine
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 green onions, diced
10 chicken wings, cut tips thrown away

Mix everything and simmer for 30 minutes covered and 15 minutes uncovered. Keep basting.
