2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg white

Mix sugar and cinnamon. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar. Beat eggs, add flour and shape the dough into a longer 2 inch diameter. Roll log in chopped nuts. Chill overnight. Cut into slices. Beat egg whites and put on top with cinnamon and sugar mix. Bake for 10 minutes in 325 degree oven.
