CARROT CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 jars of infant baby carrots
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil

Mix all well, if you want 1/4 cup nuts and 1/4 cup raisins may be added (optional). Put in greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool 20 minutes.

GLAZE:

Confectioners' sugar, 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup milk - mix well.
