IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tbsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded cheese

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Brown beef and onion, then drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spread into pie plate.

Beat milk, Bisquick and eggs until smooth. (15 seconds on high in blender or 1 minute with hand mixer.) Pour into dish. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle on the cheese. Return to oven and bake until knife inserted is clean - 5 to 8 minutes more.

Cool 5 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
