4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. milk added slowly
2 to 3 tbsp. butter
Pinch of garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Fettuccine noodles
Parmesan cheese

Heat butter in saucepan. Add cream cheese and milk a little at a time. Stir until well blended. Pour over cooked fettuccine noodles. Top with Parmesan cheese.
