LEMON BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. corn starch
1/4 c. lemon juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
1 unbaked pie shell

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into unbaked crust. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake until firm in center (about 20 to 30 minutes).
