4 skinless chicken breasts 8 flour tortillas 505 green chile sauce 1 pound grated cheese crushed red pepper flakes, season salt, garlic powder and salt to taste, or use your own favorites Boil chicken breasts until tender, then shred. Put about one half breast in the middle of each tortilla, sprinkle with 505 green chile sauce, seasonings, and cheese. Fold as burrito and fry in hot oil until brown, turn and brown on other side. Serve and garnish with shredded lettuce, tomato and a dollop of sour cream or guacamole! These are a wonderful treat! |
