TURNIP SOUFFLE 
7 or 8 med. size turnip roots
1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
Salt and pepper
Italian style bread crumbs

Peel and slice turnips. Put in saucepan and boil in just enough water to cover them until tender enough to mash. Drain and mash.

Add butter, Philadelphia cream cheese, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Put in baking dish and sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes.
