4 to 5 large garlic cloves 1 1/2 c. basil leaves 2 c. canned plum tomato, coarsely chopped 1/3 c. olive oil salt and pepper pasta, cooked al dente Parmesan cheese Brown garlic cloves slightly in oil in uncovered saucepan. Add basil, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat 15 minutes. Add sauce over al dente pasta (pasta should be in large hot bowl); mix. Add cheese to taste. |
