TACO SOUP 
2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. Ranch dressing
4 cans tomatoes
1 can pinto beans, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped & drained
1/2 tsp. salt

In oil, saute beef and onion until brown. Add seasonings and then all other ingredients. After mixture begins cooking, simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with tortilla chips, grated cheese, sour cream and salsa.

Makes one gallon.
