PINEAPPLE MALLOW SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
8 lg. marshmallows (may use sm. marshmallows, approximately 2/3 c. or desired amount)
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. mayonnaise

Dissolve a package of strawberry gelatin in boiling water. Stir in marshmallows, diced, until partially dissolved. Add 1 can pineapple and walnuts. Mix well and blend in mayonnaise. Chill until firm.
