QUAHOGS CASINO 
Cut open quahogs. Separate shells, leaving 1/2 quahog on each shell. Loosen meat. Sprinkle lightly with salt, pepper and paprika. Top with 1 teaspoon cracker crumbs (saltine or Ritz). Cover each with 1/3 slice of Swift's premium bacon (slices are right size).

Broil for 2-3 minutes (more or less); or bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, or until bacon is crisp, not burned.
