1 can tiny beets
1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. horseradish
Black pepper
Cocktail toothpicks

Drain beets, scoop out a cavity in each one. Mix cream cheese and horseradish. Fill beet holes with cream cheese mixture. Put on toothpicks. Sprinkle with pepper.
