CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
1 lg. pkg. frozen broccoli
4 or more chicken breasts, boiled
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. salad dressing

Mix soup and salad dressing together. Place broccoli in bottom of casserole, add water chestnuts, then chicken breasts; pour soup mixture over casserole. Top with grated cheese, bread crumbs or croutons. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
