MESSY HARVEY'S 
Delicious and easy!

1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 oz.) can chicken gumbo soup (Campbell's)
2 tbsp. ketchup
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
hamburger buns

Fry ground beef until nicely brown. Add can of undiluted soup. Mix in ketchup and mustard.

Serve hot over hamburger buns.

Note: I can't really take credit for this simple, delicious recipe. I was given it by a friend many years ago. Her name is Bernetta Eager, from Eager Arizona.

I HAVE to try this. I like to try new recipes that often do not even make sense. Adding Chicken Gumbo soup to hamburger sounds strange for my area - but am going to add chopped onion & garlic. Bet this is delicious - has to be fast... for those days when I just do NOT want to cook. Thanks for submitting. Please - submit any other recipes you have...
