JERRY'S FROSTED GOOFY CAKE 
This cake is one of the best chocolate cakes I have ever eaten. What makes it even better is the frosting!

2 cups sugar
3 cups all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
2 tbs. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Mix together sugar, flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add oil, water, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well with spoon. Pour into greased 9x13-inch cake pan.

Bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan. Frost with Goofy Cake Frosting, if desired.

GOOFY CAKE FROSTING:

2 cups confectioners' sugar
5 tbsp. baking soda
3 tbsp. soft butter
4 tbsp. brewed coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend together confectioners' sugar, baking soda, butter, coffee and vanilla. Frost cake when completely cooled.
