SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 sm. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. whole milk
2 tbsp. flour
5 sliced ham
1 (9 inch) frozen pie shell
Nutmeg

Thaw spinach and squeeze out all water. Saute onion in butter and cool. Whisk eggs and milk, add flour and mix. Add spinach, onions and cheese and mix well. Line bottom of pie crust with ham and fill lined crust with egg mixture. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
