3 c. biscuit mix
1 lb. hot sausage, browned
1 lb. American cheese, shredded

Combine crumbled sausage and cheese with biscuit mix. Blend well. Roll in balls about the size of walnuts. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. These can be frozen and baked later.
