2 c. all-purpose flour (minus 2 tbsp.)
2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
1 c. Coca Cola
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour and sugar together. Bring butter, Coke, and cocoa to a boil. Add to flour mixture. Add buttermilk, soda, eggs, marshmallows, salt, and vanilla; stir well. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.

ICING:

6 tbsp. Coca Cola
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 box XXX sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans

Bring to a boil Coke, butter, cocoa, and vanilla. Then add sugar and pecans.
