Turkey, completely thawed
1 stick butter, melted
Cheesecloth

Turn turkey breast side down in pan with 1/4-inch water. Saturate cheesecloth with melted butter. Put cheesecloth over back of turkey. Seal pan with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour in 500 degree oven. Turn oven off. Leave turkey in closed oven for 5 hours. RESULTS IN MOIST TURKEY! Drippings are perfect to use in dressing.
