POTATO PANCAKES | |
3 potatoes, unpeeled 1 onion 1 beaten egg 1 1/2 c. flour 1 tbsp. salt and pepper (optional) Butter Wash potatoes and peel onion. Grate potatoes with skin and onion together into large bowl. Add the beaten egg. Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour and shape into pancake size. Fry over medium heat in butter until golden brown and flip and fry other side. Can be served with sour cream or ketchup. Use as a side dish for any meal. Very filling. Serves 4-6 people. |
