DOUBLE CHOCOLATE NOG 
1 4 1/2 oz. pkg. instant pudding mix
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. chocolate milk
whipped cream, thawed

In a bowl, beat pudding mix according to package directions. Add chocolate milk and vanilla. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight.

Serve in tall glasses, top with whipped cream or ice cream. For special occasions, top with chocolate curls or a sprig of mint.
