EASY CHEESE CAKE 
5 eggs
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
Juice of a 1/2 lemon

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. sugar
Cherry pie filling (or) drained, crushed pineapple

Beat eggs, cream cheese, sugar and lemon until creamy. Pour into 8x8x2 inch buttered pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Take out. Let stand 20 minutes.

Topping: Whip sour cream and sugar with fork. Spread on top of cheese cake. Put back in oven and bake 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Spread cherry pie filling or drained pineapple on top. Refrigerate and cut.
