SAUSAGE BREAD 
1 frozen pizza dough
1/2 c. Fontinella cheese or Provolone cheese
4 sweet Italian sausages
2 tbsp. parsley
2 cloves garlic, pressed

Cook sausages thoroughly. Put them in processor; add parsley, garlic and Fontinella cheese and process again into small pieces.

Defrost bread as on directions of frozen pizza dough (4 hours). Roll out dough into long rectangle. Spread filling evenly on top and roll up from one end to the other. Let rise 1 hour or so. Lightly brush top with oil. Place in 400 degree oven for approximately 30 minutes or until brown.
