40 soda crackers
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
Nuts, chopped

Line cookie sheet with foil and butter it. In saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Pour over crackers that have been layed on the buttered foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Let sit one minute. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and return to oven for 1 minute. Remove and sprinkle nuts on top. Break into pieces.
