GUAVA MILK SHAKE 
8 oz. thinly peeled guava halves
1 pt. milk, chilled
2 tbsp. honey
Cracked ice
Fruits for decoration

Rub the prepared guava halves through a sieve until reduced to pulp, add the milk and blend well together. Serve with cracked ice in tall glasses. If guavas are not soft enough, cook for a few minutes before rubbing through the sieve. Or, wash the guavas and put them with the honey into blender goblet with half the milk and blend until smooth. Add remaining milk, then blend until frothy.
