KYATE CHICKEN WINGS 
10 lg. chicken wings (Note: I use Drummettes)
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. honey
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder)

Remove wing tips. In a large skillet, brown wings in butter. Cook gently until tender. Meanwhile, gently boil orange juice, honey, soy sauce and garlic until it thickens (about 15 to 20 minutes). Remove excess fat from skillet and pour hot sauce over wings. Simmer gently a few minutes before serving.
