EASY CHOCOLATE FUDGE PIE 
2 deep dish 9 inch pie shells
3 c. sugar
10 tbsp. cocoa
1 (12 oz.) evaporated milk, divided
1 stick butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
4 well beaten eggs

Combine sugar and cocoa well. Add 1/2 milk. Add beaten eggs, butter and vanilla. Add in other half of milk. Bake 2 pies at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with Cool Whip. May be frozen.
