OREO FROZEN DESSERT 
1 lb. chocolate Oreos, crushed
1/2 c. melted butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/2 gal. chocolate mint ice cream
Cool Whip or Dream Whip

Combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Cover the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan with crust mixture. Cool.

Combine the milk, 1/2 cup butter, 1 cup sugar and 2 squares of chocolate in heavy saucepan. Heat and boil 10-15 minutes or until thick, stirring constantly. Cool.

Soften the ice cream and spread over the crust. When frozen spread cool chocolate mixture over ice cream and freeze. Cover chocolate mixture with whipping cream. Sprinkle with nuts and freeze overnight.
