HEALTHY STRAWBERRY YOGURT PIE 
2 8 oz. non-fat strawberry yogurt
1/2 c. crushed strawberries
1 small tub thawed fat-free Cool Whip
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
2 reduced fat graham cracker crusts

Mix the first four ingredients together, place equally between the two pie crusts and freeze for four hours. If desired, garnish with fresh strawberries.
