HAWAIIAN MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. flour (to roll balls in)
3 tbsp. shortening

Combine first 5 ingredients. Mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into balls. Roll in flour. Brown meatballs in shortening. Drain excess fat.

Prepare sweet and sour sauce. (Recipe is the soups, salads and sauces section of this cookbook.) Pour sauce over meatballs. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over rice or egg noodles.
