CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CURRY | |
3-6 chicken breasts, boned & skinned 1 box frozen broccoli spears, half cooked 1 can cream of chicken soup 2/3 c. mayonnaise 1/3 c. canned milk 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1/2 tsp. curry powder 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 c. bread crumbs Boil chicken with bay leaf and onion until done. Drain. Blend bread crumbs with butter; set aside. Lay broccoli spears in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Mix all other ingredients together. Lay chicken on spears and top with sauce mixture. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. |
