PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE | |
CRUST: 1 1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar 1/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. Reese's peanut butter chips, chopped Combine crumbs, cocoa, confectioners' sugar, and melted butter. Stir in chipped peanut butter chips. Press firmly in pan. FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. Reese's peanut butter chips 1 1/3 c. (14 oz. can) sweetened condensed milk 1 c. heavy cream, whipped Strawberry halves for garnish Beat cream cheese and lemon juice in large mixing bowl until fluffy; set aside. Combine peanut butter chips and condensed milk in saucepan; stir constantly over low heat until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Add to cream cheese mixture; blend well. Fold in whipped cream. Pour over crust. Cover and chill several hours. Garnish. |
