ORANGE MANDARIN CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can orange mandarin and juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

ICING:

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
3 1/2 oz. pkg. instant pudding
9 oz. container Cool Whip

Mix all together and put in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

Icing: Mix all ingredients until everything is mixed well.
