IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
2 tbsp. brown sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. skim evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Put all ingredients into blender; blend until smooth. Pour into a sprayed 9 or 10-inch pie plate.

Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes.
