1 c. flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cook over medium heat. Stir constantly until mixture forms a ball, knead until smooth. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator.
