CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
8 oz. frozen broccoli
1 box seasoned croutons
2 lb. chicken or turkey
2/3 c. broth (from chicken or turkey)
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cook chicken or turkey, saving broth. Melt cheese, soup, milk and pour over chicken that has been placed in a baking dish. Add broccoli and stir. You can add celery, mushrooms and water chestnuts for variety. Moisten croutons with butter and place over chicken. Bake at 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until bubbly.
