1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
Confectioners's sugar

FILLING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. ground pecans
A little salt

Mix cream cheese, butter and flour together (cut butter and cheese into flour as for pie crust). Form mixture into 24 balls and press each ball into bottom of 1" muffin tins. Mix ingredients for filling and fill shells. Bake 27 minutes in 350 degree oven. When cool, dust with confectioners' sugar.
