WHOLE WHEAT HONEY BREAD 
3 c. warm water
3 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. honey
1 tbsp. salt
8 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 stick butter, melted

Mix warm water, yeast, and honey; let stand for about 5 minutes to get yeast working. Mix salt, whole wheat flour, and butter. Add 3/4 of flour and mix well. Add the rest of the flour; mix or knead in. Place in a greased bowl or pan and let rise 1 hour in warm place. Knock down and let rise 1/2 hour. Knock down and make into 2 loaves; put into greased pans. Let rise 1/2 hour. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
