CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
4-5 chicken breasts, cooked & cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. onion, chopped (opt.)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
2 1/2 c. Club cracker crumbs mixed with 1 stick melted butter

Mix together first 6 ingredients and layer with crumb mixture, beginning with chicken and ending with crumbs on top in flat casserole (lightly greased). Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Serves 8.
