CHICKEN A LA PA HENRY 
1 c. uncooked rice
1 frying chicken, cut up
1 sm. can mushroom and juice
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
1 c. water

Wash rice in a strainer. Place in bottom of a greased casserole dish. Cover with pieces of chicken - salt, pepper, sprinkle over all the onion soup mix. Spoon on mushroom soup; add can of mushroom juice and 1 cup water. May need to add more. Cover. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Last 15 minutes uncover to brown.
