MAC AND PARM SALAD 
2 c. shell macaroni, cooked and drained
3/4 c. celery slices
1/3 c. chopped dill pickles
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients except mayonnaise. Toss lightly. Add mayonnaise. Mix well. Chill. Before serving, add additional mayonnaise and sprinkle with additional cheese, if desired. 6 servings.
