MAC-BAC SALAD | |
1 box Kraft Macaroni & Cheese 4 slices bacon 1/4 c. chopped onions 1/4 c. chopped green peppers 2 sliced eggs 1 c. mayonnaise Prepare Kraft Macaroni and Cheese as directed on the box. Fry four slices of bacon to a crisp and break into bits. Hard boil 2 eggs. Chop 1/4 cup onions and 1/4 cup green peppers. Mix prepared macaroni and cheese, bacon bits, onions, green peppers and 1 cup mayonnaise. Garnish with the egg slices and chill before serving. To moisten at serving time add a few tbsp. of mayonnaise. |
