MILLET LOAF 
Put in a casserole:

Blend together: 1/2 c. cashew pieces 2 c. water 1 med. onion

Add blender mixture and remaining ingredients to millet: 1 tsp. basil 1 can black olives, sliced 1/2 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. salt

Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
